FabriChem is excited to announce some corporate changes. FabriChem, a global specialty chemical and industrial raw material supplier since 1993, has now become a division of NutriScience Innovations LLC, a leading global supplier of nutritional ingredients. The entities will merge and continue to be based in Trumbull, Connecticut, USA. The terms of the deal were confidential.
December 6, 2017: Lakeview Equity Invests in NutriScience Innovations, a Global Provider of Specialty Nutritional Solutions, and acquires the assessts of FabriChem, Inc., a global specialty chemical and industrial raw material supplier since 1993. FabriChems’s portfolio will be folded into the NutriScience portfolio.
